How long does it take to receive my replica ring?

Orders will arrive in approximately 6-8 weeks. We promise it’s worth the wait! If you need the order rushed, please let us know and we can see what we can do for an additional fee, if our team is able. 

Will My Replica be identical to my actual ring?

Our replica rings are meant to be used as replacements during travel, work gatherings, or just for casual out and about use. We try our best to customize every ring to be as close to the real deal as possible however, there may be slight variations such as stone size or stone placement compared to your real ring…BUT only you would know the difference. We will send you a rendering prior to creating your ring to make any final changes that you see fit. 

What materials are our rings made out of? 

Our replica rings are handmade with care out of 925 Sterling Silver which is rhodium/gold plated. We have had no issues with tarnishing or greening of the finger to date. Our stones are cubic zirconia and our reviews state that they shine better than the real diamonds! We encourage all customers to wash their rings in standard soap and water, as they are not real diamonds and color may fade if corrosive cleaning materials are used. 

Will my ring arrive safely in the mail?

Yes, your Replica Ring purchase will include a custom jewelry box and your package will be mailed using high quality shipping materials. Don’t forget you’ll receive FREE shipping so you will be provided with a tracking number to ensure safe and accurate delivery methods. We ship internationally for free as well but we do not pay for customs fees. 

What happens if My Replica Ring does not look exactly like my real ring?

Our rings are created using the photos you provide to our engineers. Make sure to utilize all 6+ photo opportunities to submit multiple angles of your ring, including top, bottom, side, and on your finger. Our rings are made as CLOSELY as possible. For more exact ring replicas, please use a ruler next to your ring so we can confirm sizes, etc. If you only have one photo, please utilize the rendering step to make sure the ring is created as you would like. After a rendering is confirmed, there will be an additional $79 fee to make any changes. Once a ring is made and shipped according to the approved rendering, no refunds will be given.
